  • Do I need prior experience for Art & Wine events?

Not at all. Our Art & Wine experiences are designed to be relaxed and welcoming, regardless of experience level.

Sessions are either guided by a professional artist or follow a more expressive, abstract format. The focus is on creativity, connection and enjoyment, not perfection.

  • Are materials provided for Art & Wine events?

Yes. All materials are included - canvases, paints, brushes, aprons and guidance, along with a curated wine selection to complement the experience.

You simply arrive ready to enjoy.

  • Do I need a certain level of fitness to attend movement-based events?

All abilities are welcome.

Our movement sessions are designed to be inclusive and adaptable. Trainers will offer modifications where needed, and we encourage guests to move at a pace that feels appropriate for them.

If you have any injuries or considerations, please inform the instructor on arrival.

 

  • Do I need to bring equipment to movement events?

All required equipment will be provided unless otherwise stated on the event page.

We recommend arriving in suitable attire and bringing water. Venue facilities, including changing areas where available, will be detailed within the event listing.

 

  • I don’t drink alcohol. Can I still attend?

Absolutely.

While many of our events include curated wine, we are happy to explore non-alcoholic alternatives where possible. Please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your request thoughtfully. info@wearesocialgrapes.com

  • Can I bring my baby?

For selected events, yes.

We host baby-friendly gatherings (BYOB) designed to create a relaxed and welcoming environment for parents. These events will always be clearly indicated within the event description.

 

For all other events, we encourage guests to attend solo so the atmosphere can remain aligned with the intended experience.

  • How do I book an event?

Select your chosen event via our website and follow the booking process to secure your place. You will receive a digital confirmation to present upon arrival.

All wine-led events require proof of age (18+).

  • Do you offer private or corporate events?

Yes.

From intimate dinners and hen celebrations to brand collaborations, team off-sites and vineyard retreats, Social Grapes curates Bespoke Socials tailored entirely around your group.

Each experience is designed with intention, refinement and seamless delivery.

  • When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow for a relaxed and seamless beginning.

  • Are photographs taken at events?

We may capture photography or video content during our events for use across our website and social platforms.

If you would prefer not to be featured, please inform a member of the team on arrival and we will ensure this is respected.

  • Do you offer refunds?

Tickets are non-refundable.
